What can we make of this situation. A major shareholder HAD a member of its board on the board of Besra. She has been involved with besra for a long time it seems. Even to the degree that she seemed to claim on the initial share sale that she was unaware, another director made the trade.
It has since become clear pangaea has continued to sell down its position with what seems to be inside knowledge of exactly how this deal is structured and how it will likely progress.
maybe they do have financial problems forcing tge sales , how can this be proven though.
Right now there are some of us hopefuls thinking this should be worth a dollar, yet someone with over 50 million shares that "should be a dollar" seems to be desperate to get out? Straaaannggeee
