I really just don't understand how the BOD doesn't just release an announcement affirming where SYA is heading for the rest of the year, and next year.

Untill you hear otherwise nothing has actually changed other than a new CEO and a new board member , however if there is a change coming via a strategic review why would you expect them to comment on it untill its completed..at a guess a new CEO would wan't some input into strategy as he/ she will be implementing it so don't expect anything in a hurry.

In the meantime read the last update , which was just a few days ago , it tells you things are proceeding more or less as planned and financials will be produced in the next quarterly.

There is beggar all use them improving comms if nobody actually improves their ability to read them thoroughly and takes on board what they say...it takes two to tango...
