Interesting FTL just announced a Quotation of Securities....15M to VAL as part of deal.....and you guessed it, 1.35M to CPS Capital (J. Peterson - Director) for corporate administration services.
Wonder why he'd buy with CPS cash, $40K (10M shares) in VAL, knowing he's about to get 1.35M issued to him (CPS) by FTL?
He'd be expecting to see a reasonable increase in both VAL & FTL SP I should imagine. Wait and see.....
