Its possible whoever has been suppressing the sp for the last 6-12 months has been doing it with management's approval. Just a theory but with the vast network of cashed up soph investors at their disposal and the ability to utilise multiple pseudo/nominee accounts (to avoid mandatory reporting obligations) whos to say they aren't accumulating as many shares as possible so that any retail votes at the upcoming AGM will make no difference to a 2nd strike?
