That’s what all insiders selling shares say and I know that down in Australia, tax liabilities are at eye watering record highs but really, a CEO selling $5.8 Million AUD in shares? All down to “tax liabilities”,
The insiders should publish their tax returns to demonstrate the reason for their shares as a full disclosure.
Perhaps the Executives of PLS are being paid far too much and the sholder is being left behind as always?
Or perhaps there Is too much tax and geopolitical risk for a lithium producer in a country becoming known for high taxes and high immigration? CEOs selling so much shares is not a great sign whatever the answer is.
