So i emailed Novatti investor relation and Peter cook emailed me bank saying this

We are also concerned about the article. Neither Novatti nor IBOA has briefed the journalist. IBOA has its own board (of which I am Novatti's representative). IBOA is currently following its business plan - meeting APRA requirements, deploying technology and raising funds. Novatti does not control this process however we will keep the market abreast of any developments
