    Do you honestly believe an acquirer is going to pay based on prior comps an asset price 4x greater than the equity price ??? If so please point to me an instance this has occurred below? right now an offer at 100% above equity price $0.50/sh would be a starting point even if you were prepared to pay slightly more.
