I completely understand why some LTH are still pessimistic. Its survivorship bias, those of us who have been burnt in the past by 4DS and their obscurity, delays and what not, can tend to be overly cautious.

what I will say though is all the information you need to make a confident and educated decision regarding 4DS right now is out there.

Go back and watch interviews with DM from the past and then watch and listen to the recent ones.

The attitude and enthusiasm is cheese and chalk.

Go and look at that photo of them eating lunch again. Zoom in on DMs face and just stare at it. And dont ignore the timing of the photo.

Listen to how DM states "retail, you will not see another cap raise. Only way you will buy shares is on market."

"IMEC have fingers in all the pockets of the big players, and we can talk to any single one of them, as we are 100% independently owned".

" The metrics blew our expectations out of the water"

In my opinion, the October meeting discussing "strategic plans" is THE meeting.

DM has never been before. He's been personally invited.

I dont think 4DS and IMEC will be the only companies at that meeting, infact, im very confident there will be others.

I believe thats the beggining of the end. I believe DM will come face to face, with companies who want to buy 4DS.

I believe it's more of a sales pitch than a meeting.

You can say as much as you like that there is still risk involved, but I just dont see it. of course, there is unforeseen risk, like amargeddon happens, DM misses his flight.

As for the intention to sell, the metrics, the timeline, the talks of a PL5, a cap raise, I dont see any of it. All I see is a company that is going overseas, to sell a market disrupting technology to a big player in the game.

just my opinion, and I respect and understand anyone who sees it different, but im happy im invested and I think everyone who is should be to.
