Could even be a JV with a $50-100M cash injection and more acreage... imo if the directors want to keep this thing alive this would be the smartest way for AZZ to finance their ongoing activities as cap raisings were severely undervaluing the co on their fair market value.

Consider the following scenario, a JV buys in at 50% interest @ $10-12K an acre and then AZZ use their contacts to pick up more acreage on the cheap so holders end up square on net acreage plus receive a massive cash injection to fund the next 2 years plus perhaps a quality JV partner (HWK anyone?).
