You are assuming that Li batteries are here to stay. There will be a better alternative, it is just a question of time. In addition, why the high level of shorting? Could it be that GS or others believe that Li prices will drop further. I sold the majority of my PLS some time ago (5.11 plus interest since) although did invest some in LTR (just under 1.50). Just seeing how things pan out at LTR, maybe another offer. It is getting close as if no further offers materialize, and Gina blocks the sale then I think there maybe better returns in PLS, so may top up soon.
