The reason a few previous investors bailed and dumped on EXR was due to its constant delays, and quick money was to be made with TMK and JGH. I guess that theory has been blown out of the water. TMK talking 18-24 months pilot testing, I can't see Jade being any quicker.
I think we're quite comfortable where we are.
