Yes, but they already have a contract with ARM.
ARM may well be free to sell ARM chips with BRN IP embedded to whomever.
And BRN may not have the right to disclose where ARM is selling their IP to.
First we find out about it may be seeing a lump of license revenue turning-up in the Quarterly financials.
Purely speculation of course.
But, just saying MAYBE we can't say for sure ARM hasn't used BRN IP in what they are supplying Apple.
