Benson1610, it is taking ages to turn around, Brady and her Brady bunch do not appear to have a coherent strategy beyond understaffing and being complacent about customer services and high prices.
I know the entry level mass affluent 5 bed house costs $5 million AUD in Sydney but TLS appears to not appeal to mass affluent. perhaps they need to lower their prices, have better customer service and employ more people.
Because the TLS SP is starting to be absolutely caned. At this rate, it will be back to $3 AUD.
