No, not to give Zero something to do but to give everyone a chance of some extra fun.

”Fun” comes in many forms and there’s always some fun when a “Too Late” picks a top 5 number.

I think of them as Maxwell Smart moments, “missed it by that much” and most of us (I believe) would at the very least get a wry smile when/if it occurs.

Posting a late Tip also provides the perfect evidence for the Too Late poster to prove how right they were (if only they didn’t procrastinate).
