Do you think this issue has been one reason in the delay of signing a tier 1 fab.
Coby (I'm fairly sure) alluded to possibility of 2 x tier-1 fabs at one stage (may have been one of his numerous interviews ?) when talking the original 30 June 2023 timeframe - which may explain the ongoing "delay"?
