Ok, i have read a couple of posts here that mention conspiracy theories like Management buy out (MBO),
lets say this thing comes in to play, it may not be a bad thing because if you believe the IP is worth big bucks the MBO runs the risk of being unsuccessful and by being outbid by a third party or am i wrong here.
