Taiwan is not a threat to China, nor are the 27 million people living there in peace. But why does the Chinese Communits Party in Beijing constantly threaten to launch a war and murder the Taiwanese population on an industrial scale?
Obviously because they are afraid that the people in mainland China might realise that the prosperity enjoyed by Taiwanese people under a peaceful democratic system has been far greater than that afforded to the people on the mainland under an oppressive Communist government and kick them out.
