I think response will likely to be required. Wouldn't want the public to be ignored, which kinda defeat the purpose of PER if that's the case.

I expect some sort of reiteration of flora & fauna management plan will be in there. An amendment to the proposal was already lodged last year to minimise the impacts to flora & fauna already, so hopefully not too fussy of a process.

What weird me out is seems to be that companies don't release an announcement on PER comments??? By what info Sheps1 has received, it could be disclosed so why not a simple update.
