I think we were in a totally different position, to the last time at 6cents compared to now totally different debt situation, with many exciting announcements to look forward to which drove the price up, now though the lack of announcements updating the market on the one crucial major point is showing things are not as the seem or any where near what the asx released timelines.

we are now on a debt time bomb.

the most important task to date was neglected beyond belief. battery cert failed after in house checking was done which leads to even more failures of procedures. resulting in share price destruction.

poor capital raising with regal and dilution of shares of mns for IM3NY benefit. C4vs in my opinion

which is a finance product, what’s Mona the specialist done here? What was her advice? Who suggested it. Was it the only choice … all of these questions lead to more questions. Why being the main concern. It was clear with incentives to regal to destroy share holder value. To gain more opportunity to secure the 145mill cap. No escrow no minimum price nothing I that agreement for the benefit of Magnis holders 0.

unfortunately the latest dilution again lower and lower. That’s now on a decent loss.

no news on off takes what so ever nothing

no communication to holders even showing an attempt.

no stock piles or fully automated commercial production runs being shown or anything with a walk through of what they have been doing , what they have produced run rate at this point

asx inquiry crap just puts a bad taste in the markets mouth. No news on nachu.

increased ownership in IM3NY but we don’t even know what c4v has been doing with the 150mill and we don’t have anything to show for it at the moment, with only serious f ups to go off the last 12 months. Share price destruction making cap raising even worse at low prices.

david Taylor going and presenting shit house, not a good look. Which is why the sp is where it is.

they have lost integrity with the broader market and many investors are hoping and praying that they will pull something out of the hat but that’s a gamble play. Not investing. Trust has been lost and the company needs to figure out what changes will satisfy the market before it’s too late to be saved
