Getting a reimbursement code and the marketing effect of selling your product (people willing to pay for it) outweighs the delay in the EFS in my opinion. Market is shite at the moment anyway especially healthcare. So unless you are trading this the delay not a massive issue. As long as he finishes the EFS in time for the next big conference to present the results and moves into the next phase quickly, I am ok.
