They've capped it @ 150Mil shares IMO, so they have to have a good reason to retain all the cash at this point. DP has really backed himself into a corner with the loan shenanigans, so while full field development would be great, that's not going to allow a 1.1 cent return before 8 1/2 months when he has to pay his loan back unless he wants to sell a sh1t ton of his shares. Monetization has to be a land sale of $50 -60Mil + and then likely a JV development, hence why he is still over there drinking 40 beers. Tic tock, Tic tock DP..

And i don't mean this in a negative for us SH, i think DP needs this to come off now more than any of us, which can do wonders to drive things in a timely fashion for us now.

And when we hit 3 CPS mate might change the beers venue to Riverland, man that place is good now ; )
