yet UT the evidence we do have is that politicians have been making decisions for managing Aboriginal matters for many years and have consistently failed. eg Howard's Intervention.
so it is idiots who will keep doing decisions that have never worked but expect that the next decision they make will fix everything.
obviously we need to abandon the failed method and try something else..... any suggestions?
