I provided an analogy to how the Voice might work... the principle underlying the why the voice would be more effective than patronising decision-making which has failed for over 25 years. who or what was I "parroting"?
what will happen after a Yes! vote is the legislation will be developed and tabled in Parliament so it can be debated and considered with/without amendments and voted on of course... as you would well know.
I'm surprised you seem to be against the Voice.... have I misunderstood your view? but you do seem to have the same thoughts as the No! mob are pushing.
as for Treaty and makarrata, of course this has been laid out clearly since 2017. the voice will no doubt be valuable in developing a Treaty.
isn't it about time they had a proper Treaty drawn up as has been done with hundreds of First Nations peoples around the world?
