I hear you. Maybe I am deluding myself, but I cant help but look at the positives, otherwise I would have bailed on this Donkey years ago.
Like you, I first bought into ADS about 12 years ago on the recommendation of a broker. His words: "This one will be a Dollar before Christmas".
I no longer have a relationship with that broker.
    So, what are the positives:-
A recent presentation pointed out that ~40% of the register is owned by "Insiders". That % would be higher now due to management participation in the recent raise.(another encouraging sign)
The environment that ADS is playing in is a very deep pond. It is also very fast moving and dynamic. The third party Cookie's demise might be the making of ADS. It is fairly likely that a bigger fish will be interested in the Tech as an off the shelf solution if things do go that way. The 40%+ insider ownership should make sure that an adequate price is extracted in that case.
Tom Triskari in the U.S has been as useful as a steak at a Vegan barbecue so far. 2% of revenue coming from America. Pathetic. But, scale can develop very quickly in this space. Also, that can be achieved without a blow out in costs (presumably).
Consolidation is likely simply because of the sheer number of shares out there. It is ridiculous for the MC of a company to go up by 25-33% on an uptick of a tenth of a cent. On the bright side, if this outfit could turn a profit of just $2.5mm in a quarter, on a PE of 10x, you get to your magical $100mm.
Then they all lived happily ever after
