Could be ALB (counterintuitive I realise but might be that they see they have little chance now, don’t have the funds for a larger offer and want out of their investment at a little profit while others are buying)? Worse case for them if they sell now is, if their offer is accepted, they buy them back at that accepted offer price. They hold under the 5% reporting threshold so won’t be seen to be selling (and buying possibly) to hold price at $3.
