The other thing that intrigues me is who else did Atherton put in front of Anson ( part of Exhibit 170), and is the subject of the "gag" order the Court issued against Anson and Bruce Richardson?
Given that the Court judgement is still subject to Appeal by Anson, I assume Atherton and Anson are not on terms where Anson is negotiating any further deals with these unknown entities via Atherton.
Can you comment?
