You should know by now nothing is guaranteed. This was also the case with 2ktpa. As much as we'd all like to think there's no way in hell they couldn't get an offtake (after all these years), don't be surprised if they end up having to resort to a cap raise. Seen it all before, so have you. So maybe add "IMO" at the end of your post, so as to not sound like it's a guaranteed thing.

Lots of cash in the war chest anyhow, so no raises (if there was to be one) at least until approvals have been granted to start on the expansion.

Also I am well aware JZ had moved the goalpost of an offtake to coincide with approvals (duh the shareholders knew that even last year), however his track record speaks volumes. So need to keep expectations at check at all times with this mob.
