Btw, let’s not forget that if the SOA gets put to shareholders, most shareholders are going to get lobbied to vote yes. Normally, there’s no such campaigning for a “no” vote. So, under normal circumstances, if the SOA goes to a vote, the odds are stacked against the “No” voters.
