There is either some of the dumbest people around on here, or continued attempts to shake down shareholders that have no idea of the situation.

It's not rocket science - Idemitsu can block any offer that isn't lucrative enough. If people are too dumb to comprehend this just sell up to someone with a few more IQ points. There's plenty waiting on the bid.
