Fundamentals are more than just having a plant and it being around the corner from production with an ever dropping market cap making this "under valued" a long with the low spot price - which seems to be what a lot suggest
I'm not suggesting the company is completely broken (having a plant this close to production is a feat albeit a small plant) but there are plenty of flaws starting to show and even boxes that were ticked slowly unticking themselves.............
- Good management seems to be slowly unticking itself as an important factor
- Argentina as a place to invest in seems to be unticking itself - For example I don't think money flowing in to Canada etc is a cycle and it's the hot area for a reason
- The advantage AGY once had of being one of the few companies in commercial production slowly unticking itself - there are quite a few mines coming online in the next 12mths and AGY moving into commercial production may be around the corner and I wouldn't be surprised if AGY doesn't hit commercial production this year
There's a few quick examples plenty more have been highlighted over the last few weeks.........
Thing about fundamentals is they do change for the the better or the worse and I think what's happening is the market is showing that AGY isn't ticking all the boxes (or as many as once thought) anymore
