I agree in the main that the SCE report is very good with one caveat.
Look I'm no genius, as is evident by my previous posts,but for the life of me I don't understand the inclusion of a cap raising assumption at 11c per share and the deafening silence from the company on that point.
I am interested in your point of view on that as you have obviously taken time to study the report in detail.
