    Thanks mate, but I can't remember joining in on that conversation RE qualification, but did read through it all and @Rob826's posts and the flack he got for it. Did you send them an email to find out?

    If it were fully qualified it would have been announced in big bold letters, which it hadn't. Only that the grade was a part of the process.

    Anyhow, respect to you sir for stepping up.
