If that is actually true and you do have some shares to sell, then you are either not all there or you are working for ALB. You could have sold at a premium over $3 and not have any perceived risk with more than the offer of $3 you want to vote to sell, making you lose money with your logical chess move.
Right now there shouldn't be any genuine investors voting yes to the takeover deal because there was massive volume going over the $3 that they all should have sold into. All that is left are the snakes and disingenuous saboteurs working with ALB to "try" and get this deal done and the genuine holders that know the real value of this company who will vote NO. I'm willing to take a bet that I know which way this will go. NO SALE !
