Stocki as you know a lot has changed since 2011.
All inputs will be different and it's time consuming to get those inputs. For example just to get companies to give quotes for infrastructure out west takes weeks as they're all flogged at the moment. Then there's the issues with Ore pricing which is difficult when your ore is destined for specialist markets. Add to that pricing is regularly changing and if they're waiting for updated MRE they'll be looking at when best to put out PFS depending on market forecasts.
