There has been no discernable progress over the past 12 months - have salaries been paid - has travel been undertaken?
Irrespective of this long suspension - what has been the commercial activity of CGB products, or has all of that at a standstill?
The current suspension is in place because of this "
significant transaction". However, it should not have precluded commercial activity on existing company operations (whatever they may be).
Shareholders must be provided with updated financial information on existing operations.
Why has this not been provided?
