re: Ann: LCY: Legacy Joint Venture to Develop... Best outcome at the moment would be a complete sale of the project and capital distribution of the proceeds to shareholders. Market doesnt dislike the merger though, the volume is up as is the sp. It wouldn't take much for the share to run. I have no faith in the current directors to make Mt Bevan happen so I think this deal will be great in that respect.
