Yes agree whole heartedly GiddyYup, although this ann may have been in an earlier release (Chairmans and Chief Executive Officers Addresses of May 2010) perhaps and this is pure speculation on my part , there has been further interest from the ADF since? anyhow it could only help interest in latest prospectus to raise $3M funds from holders.
