Re. faster write speed than read speed.
Most memory technologies seem to be the other way around, in that it takes longer to "burn" data into a bit than access it.
Think about the round trip access time.
9ns to write, 27 to read, that's 36 ns round trip, averaging 18 each way.
That's a significant improvement on DRAM.
Perhaps achieving faster read times is something you could do with further development or improved control logic.
