Not a bad announcement at all, PayFac allows spenda to not only connect B2B Payments but also B2C payments in one swoop, which includes financial compliance ( AML, KYC ).

This is only for card transactions, which will be big once you include the B2C component.

Thus will also allow spenda a bigger piece of the transaction cost, lets say a B2C average eftpos cost is 1.25%, pending on terms with FISERV we could get 50% of that transaction 0.56% per transaction. lets remember that B2C transactions in volume is way more than B2B.

    Great start for the week!

This is also the connection we needed to combine the payments market B2B & B2C, thus allowing a greater market share, we are now officially ahead of any competitor!

Let’s have a look at the numbers, lets say capricorn B2C payments across the board is over $ 10m a month thats $1,250,000 a month in processing fees and if we retain 50% of those fees we get $625,000 a month!

These are obviously guessing the numbers, but I think they will obviously be much higher!

Then throw in the Agriculture sector!

This was created in a little mastermind group, that are committed to the success of Spenda, so the opposite party to the BMX bandits!

These are just some ideas that the group, (that obviously isn’t claiming to be 100% correct), see the latest announcement.

Defiantly worth discussing, but not financial advice!
