Does anyone think there is any merit to the options + funds deal with Regal being to get them to agree to a takeover? Maybe previously they never would have agreed to 80 cents as the largest holder because it does not get them the return they are after.
Even at 70 cents now Regal is better off than everyone else with the 24m options at $0.42. It is one of the only things I can think of that makes sense, and goes hand in hand with the SP manipulation with buy/sell sides constantly changing in large volumes and no substantial holder notices coming out.
