this is a good move as it enables A2M to push volume through MVM once it receives registration and gives A2M negotiating leverage with SM1 to secure a better deal on non-exclusive basis. would a2m want to take control of SM1 - maybe...as it owns MVM and part owns SM1. Taking ownership of SM1 could enable skill transfer to MVM and potentially there are operating synergies between the two. SM1's kit is probably worth more on replacement cost basis than the $1+ per share - has anyone done the math on this?
