if the 5mil was there today, they could commence operations towards mining on monday. that is my understanding and widely understood by all.

so i agree, when the 5mil arrives there will be a massive re-rating on this puppy.

just quietly, today's trading is the single most positive trading day i can recall in over 12 months. a seller dropped in 150k share or so at 18c which have all been snapped up. not massive $ value, but very positive.
