    My other investments as a whole are doing fine. Yes I have had more than a few duds, but I have also had quite a few that have returned more than 50x. My investment strategy is to accept lots of risk if it offers a worthwhile return. So far this approach has worked well - at least measured by all the capital gains tax I have paid over the years.
