Good news, bad or an extension?

A fair part of me wishes the company had left their capital goods at the border and laid off the 1200 workers to put pressure on the Gov to act in a legal way by calling in the press and highlighting what caused the layoffs. Get the feeling if you start letting illegality slide it's a slippery slope.

Anyways hoping for an improved relationship with the Government, and the 10% being signed. But bracing myself for mor bad news at the same time.
