Japan is vital to be a US proxy in the very much anticipated next conflict. A severely economically weaken Japan will not have a stomach for such fight. Likewise SK. It 'looks' to me that NK has strengthened its hand with the new found public alliance with Russia. All those stories in the press for decades about a collapsing NK, hunger, riding on dokies, no internet, etc are just that, propaganda. I didn't even know they have stockpiled so much ammo, presumably we will be reminded that the dust collected will double the weight of the artillery?
