If ANP was protected against all future uses of ATL1102 by third parties (others needing to licence to them), why would they still be writing ATL1102 methods of use patents and so careful as not to divulge anything prior to lodging them?

So Anp do not want to divulge any information that others can use before Anp can register their patent.: once the patent is pending approval it’s safe .
