Zmans, I'm with you on this one.
I have done a lot of business with Chinese over the years and although their ethics may not be what we are used to in the West, I can assure you they are not silly and most of all they are very driven and determined.
Just like Zmans, I do believe that there is more to this deal with HOW then meets the eye and I'm sure we will find out shortly.
I doubt that they've canceled the deal with Hoki just to do a deal with HOW.
That would have been plain stupid.
From reading the announcements and my gut feelings, I think that they've canceled the deal with Hoki because something better was presented to them.
Let's remember that LCY is not a mining company but an investment vehicle. The directors may not know much about mining but I'm sure they know how to make deals.
Do you think that they want the SP below 10c?
I don't think so. They are also shareholders like us.
As for today's action, I think that most probably stop losses were triggered which in turn triggered a bit of a panic.
In my opinion, we will see a recovery in SP in the next few days and hopefully a good and positive announcement on the back of the drilling results.
