A few worrying thoughts
1. Ever since we bought NAL we have been talking about a half finished carbonate plant and here we are three years later and it's still half finished.
2. Even worse, the BOD can't even decide if we're going to produce carbonate or hydroxide.
3. We don't know what half finished means because it will take the same amount of time to finish a half finished plant as others can build a plant from scratch.
4. It's going to take 3 years to finish from the date they make a decision..
5. There just doesn't seem to be any urgency to get this going when it's the only thing that will free us from the dreadful PLL deal apart from we also have a commitment to Quebec.
6. The BOD supposedly wanted the $200M CR because they were nervous over cash flow. Surely they must know the impact on the cashflow if they get the carbonate plant going? NO PLL offtake and higher margin.
7. While BL was CEO we had virtual radio silence, certainly very little promotion of SYA achievements Now he's gone, nothing has changed. Was it BL or was BL silenced by the BOD
8. If it's the BOD applying the radio silence, they will most likely want a CEO that will tow their line.
9 If they can't find such a CEO, will JB quit as CEO of 1MC and anoint himself CEO of SYA?

The SP is tanking because of the lack of promotion, Sure the spod price isn't helping but we are starting to make money and that should be a positive for our SP as apposed to eg PLS who have been making money but now will make less money which is a negative.
