There are few possibilities for this sudden TH . Since People been dying to buy CHM they are trying to avoid the chance of a stampede that could possibly have tragic outcome or a joint hostile Takeover by BHP and RIO.
Im pretty sure the judge aint buying any CHM . My gut feeling (always right LOL) tells me that CHM is on its last leg and trying put a fancy name on a tragic event.
