What am I missing? Would u loan ur money to someone interest free for 6 months?
I might be lost on how it interacts in the accounting area.
All I need to know is that the company has paid the tax man on my behave at a certain tax rate.
I rather make use of the credited amount from first dividend and pay tax on it at the end of the financial year.
Maybe the first dividend should be unfranked and latter one, franked
